Our mesh Sun Shades are made using 100% PVC. The mesh fabric blends durable polyester with a vinyl coating for stable protection from weather and years of use. Our mesh fabrics are equipped with an antimicrobial agent from Microban®. The blend defends against stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. The material also prevents fading and ripping for lasting utility. This mesh fabric is made in the USA.
These Sun Shades install easily in about 15 minutes.

I turned over the Hothead Sun Shade (for Sky One Touch) along with a link to the installation video to my local Jeep dealer's offroad shop. They did a nice tight professional install with no complaints! All that extra shade? As expected! But what I didn't expect is was how much better the Sun Shade would direct airflow inside of the vehicle when the tube doors go on. It's far less chaotic with the wind buffeting minimized thanks to the Sun Shade. NICE! Great product. Thank you Hothead Headliners!

I don’t usually write reviews but the Headliner Sunshade is a 10 out of 10! I have the Sky OneTouch top, I installed the Sunshade in 15-20 minutes. I wear contacts, when the top’s open the wind can be too much in my eyes. The Sunshade allows air in to keep you cool without blowing too much wind in my eyes or blowing my hair everywhere. It also keeps the noise down when driving on the highway making listening to music more enjoyable. Excellent customer service.

I love my Hothead Sun Shade and Skyliner that I purchased for my 2024 Jeep Wrangler with the Sky One Touch Top. They are great quality, work great and look amazing! The Skyliner keeps my Jeep much cooler so I don’t burn my butt on my leather anymore on hot days. The Sun Shade still lets me get all the wind and feel of the open top while helping keep me from getting sunburn. They were easy to install even all by myself. I had one question about installation due to my operator error so I called them for help. Mark was great and super helpful. I highly recommend these! Worth every penny!

Very easy to install. Just watch the video. it took me about 25 mins. And that was mainly undoing the screws and putting the hooks in place. It fits perfect. There is no gaps along the side. It really helps block the sun beating down on you directly. Highly recommended..
