The front two panels and middle panel went fairly easy. The rear panel had problems with the center adhering to the roof. I cut three three quarter inch PVC pipe 30 inches long and force them in to support the rear panel. I will leave them in till the summer heat has a chance to adhere the center of that panel. The overall build quality is quite good

Easy to install. It does impede on the top latches slightly. Noticeably quieter and warmer on cold days. Of course the real test is the upcoming Texas summer.

Very happy with the Headliner Panels and Sound Assassin. Ford headliners are a joke. Easy install after watching videos. Here are some of my tips, hopefully they are helpful to others. 1. If you have factory Roof Rails, you MUST remove them to get the middle panel out, so remove rails before you start. Find videos on YouTube. That will take about 30 minutes and helpful to have a second hand lifting rails off roof. 2. My opinion is that Denatured Alcohol did a good job prepping the surface, and is much safer than Acetone if you are working inside and you splash/spill some liquid. 3. Go easy with the plastic roller included. I was bearing down while rolling on table, used way too much force, and broke mine. Could not find replacement in stock at local Big Box stores, so I used a $3 wide caster wheel to finish the job and it worked great.
United StatesInstallation if you have Factory Installed fabric headliner.
Good. My Bronco did have a factory installed headliner. Since this is a material similar to to a velcro fastner strip, I removed the double faced tape and replaced with the hook velcro piece. I only removed the factory headliner in the sections where the sound proofing material was installed. Your staff's recommendation to remove the entire factory headliner wouldn't have worked, because its impossible to remove the adhesive well enough for the double faced tape to adher to. Also, the factory headliner covers more of the interior panels, better trim look.
