Our mesh Sun Shades are made using 100% PVC. The mesh fabric blends durable polyester with a vinyl coating for stable protection from weather and years of use. Our mesh fabrics are equipped with an antimicrobial agent from Microban®. The blend defends against stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. The material also prevents fading and ripping for lasting utility. This mesh fabric is made in the USA.
These Sun Shades install easily in about 15 minutes.

I turned over the Hothead Sun Shade (for Sky One Touch) along with a link to the installation video to my local Jeep dealer's offroad shop. They did a nice tight professional install with no complaints! All that extra shade? As expected! But what I didn't expect is was how much better the Sun Shade would direct airflow inside of the vehicle when the tube doors go on. It's far less chaotic with the wind buffeting minimized thanks to the Sun Shade. NICE! Great product. Thank you Hothead Headliners!

United States2023 Power Top Sun Shade
So far I absolutely love the Sun Shade I purchased for my 2023 WranglerSport S. I accidentally left my power sun top opened in the 80 degree sun for 4ish hours. I was shocked that the Sun Shade kept the interior as cool as it was. My only "complaint" was installing the tabs on the front. They would only go so far and seemed to be too short. It was a 20min struggle just for that section. The rest of the installing went exactly as well as the video demonstrated. It fits all the way to the sides, no sagging, and looks great!! Thank you for making a solid product!
